Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

AiimEV offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Show no signs of assembly, riding, or wear
  • Include proof of purchase

Because many products ship directly from brand-authorized or manufacturer warehouses, return instructions may vary by brand. All returns must be authorized by AiimEV before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy (Rideables)

All rideables ship free within the continental United States.

While outbound shipping is free, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was shipped

Due to the size and weight of electric scooters and e-bikes, return freight may require scheduled pickup and may incur higher carrier fees.

Original outbound shipping costs (covered by AiimEV) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will coordinate with the warehouse or manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled or used rideables

  • Products showing signs of riding or wear

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special order items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials

For safety reasons, rideables that have been activated, ridden, or modified cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds
